इंडियाबुल्स (SEZ)

M/s - IndiaBulls Industrial Infrastructure Ltd. (IIIL) (89%) is a Multi Product Special Economic Zone (SEZ) established on 12-10-2001 as a joint venture with Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation MIDC (11%).

Sez Corporation took over 1011.27 hectares (2528.17 acres) of land in two revenue villages of Mauje Musalgaon-Gulwanch Shiwar, Subdistrict Sinnar District Nashik.

For Establishment of Multi Product Special Economic Zone, Government of India letter no. F-2 / 663 / 2006-SEZ. Dated 25/06/2007 vide Permission granted.

Since the said land is fully owned by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), the corporation issued document no. 1047/2012 under M/s- India Bulls Industrial Infrastructure Ltd. The lease is given in favor of this company.

Some Infrastructure facilities were also created by the company in the preliminary phase on 2528.17 acres of SEZ land. But as this SEZ is reserved for 100% exporting industries only, no industry has come to SEZ in the last 22 years due to this impractical policy of SEZ.

As a result today approximately 571.20 hectares (1428 acres) of land is lying unused for the last 22 years.
